This year’s event will feature a keynote presentation by Dr. Wynn Rosser, the recently appointed Commissioner of Higher Education for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Dr. Rosser will share his outlook on higher education in Texas and his goals for his first year in this leadership position.
